I've been a RPer for a while, probably about 5 years, but I wouldn't call myself a 'pro' or anything. It's been pretty hard these days to find a RP with the site I normally go to and I've been looking up on google on other sites to join in. I found this website through an 'ask' page and people definitely recommended here and another site called Valucre, but that one seems to be down, so here I am. I'll admit that there has been other sites that I've joined in the past month in hopes of starting something there, but in the end I kept losing interest due to some of the topics the site offered or just losing interest very fast. However, I looked into RPG a lot more and I really like a lot of the unique features it has for those joining or creating a RP. I really do hope that I will become an active user on this website since I've been wanting to RP for a very long time.
I don't have a favorite genre, but I would love to join in on anything that catches my interest. I have a big habit on creating new random characters that I always want to use for any RPs, but if I don't find one in time to use this character, he/she sadly poofs from my head. I'm currently starting to make a list of any characters I think of so that I can keep a track on what I'm trying to think of. In the near future, I hope that I can get a good profile on each of them, commission someone to make an official character sheet out of them, and use them in any RPs so that at least I can feel like I have 'immortalized' them for myself.
Aside from group RPs, I would say I am more active on 1v1 RPs. Hopefully if I do become an active user, if anyone is interested I have a Skype account that we can use to RP as well (1v1 or Group RPs).
What I would love to do is first find and RP that tickles my fancy and roleplay there before I try to make my own thread. I have one idea that has been nagging me to try to work something out, and I would love to see if anyone else would be interested in RPing this idea with me.
I hope I will become an active member on this great website, and become friends with a lot of people here =u=
